While the Facebooks, MySpaces and Classmates.com of the world are great social networks, none of them are solely dedicated to serving the unique experiences of Veterans. In the United States, there are 26 million Veterans and more than 2 million Active Duty Service Members, not to mention the legions of friends, family members and patriots who honor them for their service. The Veteran Nation is an organization created by Veterans for Veterans. Our purpose is to bring together all Veterans – no matter what branch of the military.

What Is A Veteran? A 'Veteran' — whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve — is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his/her life.' That is honor.
